A) CHANNEL SALES - TRADE:• Manage Trade business for the West Zone for Van Heusen and sub-brands like Vdot / VHWW. • Achieve monthly sales and collection targets for the territory.• Manage Ordering Agents’ activities based in Mumbai and Indore.• Plan store wise monthly sales plan, implement and monitor. Devise ways to counter de-growth, if any.• Distribution Expansion in West. • Monitor financial soundness of Trade outlets. Ensure check mechanism to minimize financial risks.• Trade Show Management and implementation of activity calendar.• Ensure maximum sell thru and shelf space for VH/Vdot merchandise at stores.• Devise local level market promotion activities.• Close interaction with all the customers to assist them in understanding the Brand/ Product and promotion.B) RETAIL SALES:• Identify properties for Retail Expansion, negotiate with the owner, finalize, interact with Operations team / Back office for EBO / PF requirements, plan opening and implement. • Interact with the Master Franchisee and negotiate EBO Terms and Conditions. • Look for new Master Franchisees / Franchisees / Sub-Franchisees.• Devise Promotion Plan viz. VM implementation, In-store and outdoor promotion activities, dealer schemes, consumer schemes etc. • Prepare and monitor monthly Buy Plan of the store and monitor daily sales and take corrective actions.• Plan growth activities C) MIS & SALES FORCE:• Prepare Retail Sales plan, Monthly Brand Book, Customer master, monitor & implement the same.• Build a strong MIS and Reporting system.• Plan Sales Officers PJP, Customer targets, expenditure and other expenses.• Ensure most effective service to the customer.D) KEY INFORMATION:• Opened 8 new EBOs and 4 new Planet Fashions in a span of last 8 months.• Value of Current Business handled – Approx.16 Crs.
