As Chief Product Owner, I managed the delivery of software for Store Managers and Partners in the retail stores.

VoiceBox develops Voice AI based personal assistants in the Automotive, Mobile/Wearables and Home/IoT market segments. I drive the overall product planning and strategy process in the company and help execute on the plans. Regular activities include doing Market and Competitive analyses, writing business and functional requirements, working with UX to deliver designs, with Engineering to deliver products to market and with Marketing to create messaging and collateral for our products. I worked on several important concepts including building predictive intelligence into personal assistants and creating shopping experiences with voice. I also worked on an Amazon Echo like speaker based personal assistant, from strategy/concept to requirements, design, engineering and marketing collateral.I manage the Product Management, UX and Content Partnerships teams at VoiceBox.In UX, we design Voice and GUI experiences for cars, mobile phones and IoT devices for consumers and developersFor Content Partnerships, we source and build relationships with content providers, negotiating pricing, completing contracts and ensuring overall success of the relationships.

For Samsung's S Voice personal assistant app, I wrote the business and functional requirements, across 20 domains. This included working with the Samsung's planning and UX team, their business team for content and engineering teams on both sides. Toyota is one of VoiceBox's big customers. For their 2014 model year release, I managed the engineering delivery of VoiceBox's components for one large Tier 1 contractor. This included working with Toyota and the Tier 1 on day to day issues and well as with VoiceBox engineering to deliver quality components on time.

Motivated and managed cross-functional teams that created HTC Hub, HTC’s App Discovery & Content Store.- Negotiated requirements with internal teams and worked with Product teams to deliver three versions of HTC Hub server and HTC Hub client applications on HTC phones and tablets. - Wrote Product Requirements documents (PRDs), coordinated delivery of user experience and visual designs, negotiated vendor contracts and managed implementation of web interfaces.- Created strategy and business cases for new product proposals and helped prototype concepts to showcase app discovery.- Wrote and reviewed requirements, coordinated with UX, visual design, engineering and other internal teams to deliver Scene builder, a web based smartphone configuration system.
