In my classes, I focus on strengthening, aligning, and cleansing the body to release tension and to bring calmness to the mind through breath, movement,meditation and relaxation techniques.The practice of Yoga helped me experience a sense of control over my emotions, connect deeply with my Inner Self, and have a Peaceful mind in a Healthy body.
