Key roles and Responsibilities1. Develops and implements communication strategy focusing strongly on keeping all stakeholders of Human Resources informed of developments, initiatives, and program developments within Group HR while creating strategies to increase employee awareness2. Supports the Allianz SE Board Member responsible for Human Resources, Legal, Compliance, Mergers &Acquisitions, and Data Privacy and the Group Chief HR Officer in their communication matters, including writing articles, Op-Eds, briefings, and presentation formats for townhalls3. Closely aligns with the responsible spokesperson for HR in Group Communications and Corporate Responsibility on external communication around HR-related topics4. Develop and implement internal and external communication strategies in line with the GHR strategy5. Develop, maintain and execute a global communications plan, ensuring appropriate platforms and messaging for multiple stakeholder groups8. Work with a network of cross-functional and cross-country colleagues to gather information, define messaging and support communication activities in the OEs9. Active positioning of HR topics in existing Allianz communications channels10. Communications support (training, concept development, messaging, materials)11. Create communications material including FAQs, videos, infographics, articles, and updates12. Use of digital channels and tools to optimize communications13. Ad hoc proofreading, consultancy, and input as required
