My past work experience includes Levis, Reliance Retail and Conagra foods.My key expertise includes leadership, culture, organisation development and building capabilities. I have a bias for working in start ups due to the exciting challenge of creation. Human behavior and team dynamics fascinate me. I am through and through a team person. I also consider myself a lifelong learner. When I’m not on the job, I love spending time with my beautiful daughter, working out to earn my next slice of chocolate cake, searching for the next interesting book to read as I finish the current one, and indulging in my love for seeing new places.
