The following is a summary of the job profile and major responsibilities: * Prepare a monthly employee report for the account department at the end of each month.* At the end of the month, prepare the attendance of all departments and transmit it to the account department for salary preparation.* Maintain and update the master sheet (all employees' information) on a regular basis.* Keep track of your vacations in a file and on Excel.* Schedule the first, second, and third interviews with the concerned HOD or Manager.* Maintain contact with selected candidates in order to collect paperwork.* Prepare a level-by-level manpower report on a monthly basis.* Compile a daily report on the number of candidates who show up for interviews on a daily basis.* Keep track of new and former employees' personal information. Complete all joining processes (joining report, relevant documentation from new employees).*Arrange for the new hires to be inducted.* As needed, prepare offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, warning letters, and experience letters.* Deals with consultants as needed, providing them with detailed information about the company's requirements and providing them with appropriate feedback.* Maintain positive working relationships with other departments.* Keep a record of the new employee's bank form and forward it to the bank manager.* Schedule a meeting with the HOD and MD.* Make a list of all the tasks that must be completed.* Interacting with clients and receiving feedback.* As needed, coordination with various - different departments for increments.* Check the company website on a daily basis and call the candidates who applied for the job for an interview.* Prepare ID Card information and send it to the admin Dept.* Create Monthly Invoices in Tally Prime.
