Work as Lead Developer on Synon and RPGLE tasks.

Started with Infosys in late 2017 as a Technology Lead to work for US Healthcare client that works in Pharmacy Benefit Management and is one of the biggest companies in US. I work in the core are la of Claim Adjudication and have extensively worked on different functionalities for the same over these years which has added immensely to my knowledge base both technically and functionally. Having worked over different business verticals provides me an edge with better conceptions on the client requirements.I work for overall team planning and assigning the projects to team members. My other job duties include -- Preparing project effort break ups- Assigning projects to different team leads and forming their team- Updating forecast for the team for upcoming releases- Helping team with design preparations - Working with team for any issues during the project cycle- Ensuring timely deliveries for different projects in the team- Conducting training sessions and knowledge sharing sessions among the team both functionally and technically

I started with IBM as an Advisory System Analyst and my job duties included -- Working with the team to help them understand the client requirements and work on the initial high level approach.- Guide the team to prepare low level design and test scenario’s.- Review team’s work to ensure all requirements are covered and the design is in line with all the standards and best practices.- Assigning different tasks within team for coding or testing or support.- Perform Code review.- Perform overall project review and support.

After returning from onsite, I joined the offshore team as a Team Lead and handled a teamof more than 5 people under different projects that mapped to different client requirements. I was part of the Review team as well which reviews the projects under other leads as part of cross review activity.

Worked at client location in US healthcare client for more than 2 years in Lead Capacity. The responsibilities included- Working with client to understand client requirements and assist in system analysis to finalise technical scope- Working with Offshore resources to ensure timely deliveries and review their work for quality.- Working with client to support any technical analysis.- Support code deployment to production and non production environments.

Started with TCS as a fresher and was trained in AS400 system with RPGLE, CLLE languages, Synon(Cool 2E). I worked for a US Healthcare client which deals in Pharmacy Benefit Management. Beginning with learning coding and gradually moving to being a Team Lead, I moved through the ladder learning different phases of SDLC.The job responsibilities included- Understanding the client requirements and performing system analysis for technical limitations.- Designing solution for the requirement and reviewing the same with clients.- Developing code and test scenarios.- Testing the code for validating the client requirements.- Supporting the test teams for any questions and technical analysis.
