* Leading and building a brand new dental practice managing the dental office team, ensuring the health of the business aspect of the dental practice, mediating conflicts, and promoting a team-oriented work environment. *Perform general clinical dentistry procedures such as exams, direct and indirect restorative work, tooth extractions, endodontic care, crown and bridge procedures, implant placement and restorations and fixed and removable prosthodontics care*Conducting morning meetings with the dental office staff to ensure that everyone has the same goals regarding the day’s schedule, procedures, and patient load

One year general practice residency at Queens Hospital Center diagnosing and treating patients with all facets of dentistry with complex medical history, fixed and removable prosthodontics, molar endodontics, oral surgery and 2 week rotations in the Emergency Room and Anesthesia, respectively.
