Jonathan Sheffi’s career has touched nearly every aspect of life sciences enterprise solutions, spanning technology, science, strategy, and sales to build a multidisciplinary perspective.He is an expert at product and growth strategy, including market analysis, customer discovery and product discovery. He is currently the VP of Strategic Planning for the Life Sciences & Healthcare division of Clarivate. He has previously served as the first-ever Entrepreneur in Residence at Veeva Systems, a leading provider of cloud applications for the pharma industry, and as the product leader for life sciences at Google Cloud.Jonathan serves as investor and advisor to many digital health startups, including Everlywell, PetDx, Vistapath Biosystems, Juniper Genomics, Elucidata, Genialis, PhenoML, Devoted Health, Mindbloom, SmithRx, Walrus Health, Circulation (acquired by Logisticare), and Nix Biosensors. He also serves as trustee for Boston’s Commonwealth School. He has been an industry speaker and presenter since 2000, with life sciences IT thought leadership encompassing the Genomics 2.0 Summit, the International Conference on Genomics, and the White House Office of Science & Technology Policy’s “Open Science” Champions of Change event under President Barack Obama.He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, an MEng focused in computational molecular biology from MIT, and undergraduate degrees in mathematics & computer science, also from MIT.
