Extensive experience in patient support and contact center outsourcing for Community health clinics, FQHC’s, hospitals, community health, hospitals, radiology and imaging clinics, ophthalmology, and dermatology, clinics, manage service provider and helpdesk organizations, telecommunications and CATV companies, education, organizations including lead generation and proctoring services, records retrieval for the insurance, legal, and healthcare industries, and SaaS companies and banking and finance organizations. Throughout my career, I have gained experience in all facets of outsourcing, including idea generation that creates a competitive advantage, growing revenues, and implementing technology and operational processes that drive revenue, EBITDA, customer satisfaction (NPS/C-SAT), and low employee turnover. My experiences have led me to my current position as the Founder and CEO of Emerging Global Services.EGS is a people-centric, entrepreneurial outsourcing provider in the sales, customer service, and technical support industries. Our centers are unique because we are located in new and emerging labor markets nearshore, offshore, and in the U.S., where highly educated labor is abundant, yet competition for that labor is low. This results in low employee turnover (attrition under 20% a year), and high customer satisfaction for our clients.Relationships fuel our global economy.
