In the last three years I have transitioned from using data occasionally to write news stories to full-on training as a business analyst. In the last year alone I was introduced to the SAP S/4 Hana ERP software, dashboard software such as Qlik, Tableau and PowerBI, even did a course in creating robots with UIPath. However, my interests lean towards BPM, which I find fascinating. Currently I am delving deep into the Celonis EMS and I am excited to see where BPM will take me.In my previous career I have worked for nine years. Some key skills from that work which I believe translate to all jobs are: strong writing skills, strong experience with office applications, research and information gathering skills, the experience of working in teams and leading them, executing projects on time, as well as developing creative ideas. I continue to write occasionally on issues that intersect my current and past interests.
