1. Legal Advice:• Provides practical, commercially focused legal advice to members of the board and managers to ensure that decisions taken are legally correct and that the Group’s interests are protected.• Conducts legal researches and internal quests related to countries where the Group has existing investments. 2. Litigation and Arbitration:• Handle all the judicial and arbitration cases to ensure that group of companies interests are effectively safe guarded so that it carries its legal obligations effectively.• Leading and mentoring the internal litigation team and external Law firms to handle judicial cases.3. Contractual Relations:• Negotiates, drafts and implements complex legal agreements relating to the Local and International activities of the Group.• Represents the Group companies at meetings with external bodies to ensure that the legal aspects of any decisions are fully considered.4. Legal and Corporate Management:• Advise on tactics/strategies for the ‘Group of Companies’ Management’s business • Handling investor’s corporate relations.5. Integrity, Compliance and Regulatory:• Participating with the Policies teams to review and update existing process to meet the Company’s requirements, corporate governance rules and business dynamics. Managing the compliance with all applicable laws, corporate company policies and procedures in all accords concluded with other parties. • Investigating occurring fraud cases and participating in deploying necessary processes and procedures to decrease its reoccurrence.• Ensure ‘Group of Companies’ legal structure is compliant with law at all times.6.
