As a Datacenter Operations Specialist at Oman Data Park, I support the smooth and secure operation of the largest and most advanced cloud services provider in Oman. I manage and monitor the datacenter infrastructure, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure compliance with the industry standards and best practices.I have a BA with Honors in Computer and Software Engineering from Muscat College, where I gained a solid foundation in programming, databases, networks, and systems. I also worked as a Research Assistant for seven months, developing and testing an innovative software solution for enhancing the quality of education in Oman. I have multiple skills in help desk support, technical support, and databases, which I applied in my previous roles as an IT Support Engineer at Oman Airports Management Company and a Datacenter Operations Specialist at Oman Data Park.I am passionate about learning new technologies and solving complex problems.
