• Execute procedures for various FAAS services and solutions.• Ensure quality in delivering client service by directing daily progress of fieldwork, informing engagement executives of engagement status and follow through on client requests in a timely fashion to manage expectations regarding the timing of deliverables and reports.• Identify engagement and client service issues; research and benchmark client data to industry data in order to formulate insights, observations and recommendations.• Execute tasks directed by the Manager, Senior Manager and Partner and explain the client's critical success factors to the engagement team.• Mentor and oversee day-to-day activities of associate team members.• Apply independent and objective professional judgment in applying accounting standards to meet engagement expectations, including regulatory requirements.• Demonstrate a good understanding of accounting concepts; stay informed of professional standards and firm policies (e.g., guidelines of the EY FAAS Policy Manual); and effectively apply this knowledge to moderately difficult and/or complex client situations.

-Assist engagement teams with various processes, such as engagement economics, project management, and execution of the agreed scope of work-Contribute and add value to complex engagements-Ensuring that the work is reviewed thoroughly before the output is submitted as per the deadline-Monitor own operational measures (e.g. utilization and KPIs).-Develop and maintain a strong working relationship with the teams by having an open and honest communication-Proactively reaching out to the teams soliciting feedback for the work and taking appropriate action-Work proactively with leaders and peers by providing status updates and escalating issues on a timely manner-Demonstrate a good understanding of accounting concepts; stay informed of professional standards -and firm policies (e.g., guidelines of the EY FAAS Policy Manual); and effectively apply this knowledge to moderately difficult and/or complex client situations.
