As the Lead Engineer for ADXL, I was responsible for guiding the development and launch of our digital marketing product. This SAAS app offers customers the ability to launch marketing campaigns across multiple ad platforms such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.I was responsible for overseeing the entire project from initiation to launch, ensuring that all technological aspects were properly developed and integrated. This included defining the technical roadmap, managing the development team, and working with cross-functional teams to ensure that all necessary components were in place for a successful launch.I also played a key role in defining and implementing the overall architecture of the app, as well as designing and implementing the user experience. I worked closely with the product and marketing teams to understand customer needs and develop a product that met those needs effectively.
