As a Manager at Vallibel One, one of Sri Lanka's largest conglomerates, I focus on identifying and developing new business opportunities for affiliated companies across various sectors, such as retail, leisure, and plantations. I have ventured into new territory with projects on warehouse cleansing, bad and doubtful debt management, export market development, and business restructuring.I also serve as the Policy and Research Lead at DP Education, a foundation led by Sri Lanka's leading business personnel Dhammika Perera, where I develop and implement effective policy frameworks and action plans for initiatives and programs in sectors such as education, tourism, economic development, poverty reduction, and skill development. I conduct in-depth research, analyze data, and collaborate with stakeholders to design comprehensive strategies that address challenges and opportunities and drive positive impacts and outcomes.I have a Bachelor of Science degree in International Management and Business from the University of Plymouth, and I recently completed a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Colombo and waiting for the final results. I have strong research skills, business development skills, policy development skills, and public policy knowledge, which I applied to both my previous roles. In companies I worked for I passionate about boosting the bottom line, unlocking business potential, and creating value.
