Fully Project based and hands-on technical work.As a Technical Consultant, I am helping customers in achieving their cloud goals and other Professional Services requests.Main focus on:- Identity and Access- Microsoft Endpoint Manager- Microsoft Defender for Endpoint- Teams adoptions- Exchange Migrations and standard Windows server stack related tasks.-Project Highlight- SME for a major business (M365 E5) to enroll 6000+ Windows devices in the APAC region into Microsoft Intune while troubleshooting issues in Hybrid AAD Join, Devices, GPOs and implementing the relevant Intune and Defender for Endpoint Security policies.

I was a key contact and the SME for Microsoft 365 and On-premises resources in the IT department working side by side with the IT management, IT Service Delivery team and other stake holders when designing and implementing projects.I helped the IT management by providing recommendations and consultation in their Technology directions and I was able to successfully implement components related to Modern Workplace and Hybrid Work at SeaLink.• Solution design for M365 projects – eg: SSPR, MFA, Hybrid AAD Join, tenant migrations• M365 projects implementation cloud services and cloud enablement for mergers and acquisitions• SME for all things Microsoft 365, Azure AD and Modern Workplace for the SeaLink Travel Group and providing the consultation to the management when required• Playing a key role in group’s Identity and Access Management strategy and overall lifecycle while adhering to the latest security best practices• Managing Microsoft 365 tenants in the group• Level 3 support for Microsoft servers and Microsoft 365 related matters• Liaise with partners and internal teams in project implementation• Identify potential features in Azure and M365 stack and determine how to implement them in the SeaLink environment.
