Drilling Engineer
Current• Manage the performance of fleet of 37 rigs and their associated wells.• Monitored operations in Deep rigs, Development Rigs and workover Rigs.• Well control administrator for the entire fleet, coordinating with vendors and suppliers within the country and across the globe.• Keep track of non-productive time of rigs and their maintenance and identify areas to enhance drilling performance.• Creating quarterly, bi-annual and annual rig performance presentations and presenting to the parent companies. • The ability to navigate and work in remote field locations and outdoors in difficult weather conditions.• Help manage flat time, diesel consumption rate and transportation records of various rigs.• Monitor inspections and certifications of various rig equipment’s.
