• Responsible for overall loan portfolio management, in a leadership role heading a team of 3-4 analysts for State Sector and Private Sector power projects in Western Region, under consortium lending, with PFC as Lead FI or a consortium lender.• Currently managing multiple loan portfolios for projects adding up to more than Rs 12,000 crore in terms of financial assistance extended by PFC for projects being implemented by various large Private Sector Groups, along with State Power Utilities in WR involving deal origination and execution for Govt. Sector power projects. • Work involves project appraisal, preparation of committee agendas for loan sanction, consortium financing, preparation of PIM, loan documentation, compliances of terms of sanction, disbursement, working capital assessment, monitoring and various post sanction activities related to the loan portfolio for facilitating project implementation, interaction with agencies like Lenders Engineer, Lenders Financial advisor etc., convening consortium meetings, discussion with consortium lenders for resolution of issues, negotiations with the borrowers, undertaking site visits, holding progress review meetings, reporting to the management progress and issues with projects etc.• Managing banking relationship with financial institutions/NBFCs, private banks and PSU banks

• Handled multiple loan portfolios for various Private Sector power projects (thermal, hydro, solar and wind power generation) under implementation• Post-loan sanction activities such as facilitating debt syndication/consortium financing, loan documentation, compliances of terms of sanction, disbursement, monitoring and various activities related to the loan portfolio for facilitating project implementation, interaction with agencies like Lenders Engineer, Lenders Financial advisor etc., convening consortium meetings, discussion & co-ordination with consortium lenders for resolution of issues, negotiations with the borrowers, undertaking site visits, holding progress review meetings, reporting to the management progress and issues with the projects etc.,• Headed a team of 3-4 analysts

Experience in the core appraisal, managing a team of analysts, involved in financial and technical assessment/due-diligence of funding proposals in power and allied sectors, including financial modeling, terms finalization and client negotiations, for conventional power generation projects (coal/gas based thermal and hydro power projects), non-conventional/RE projects (wind/solar-PV/solar-CSP/small hydro power projects), transmission & distribution projects and renovation & modernization projects. Handled Financial Modeling, Credit/Project Appraisal, Debt Restructuring & Client Negotiations
