Rig less, Conventional and Unconventional Oil & Gas SitesResponsibilities:- Update & send daily HSE report & POB to office- Conduct & record daily pre job safety meeting with each shift- Site Safety Induction & Health Declaration for all visitors and service providing crew- Conduct daily hazard hunting for the site- Report open items in GEARS & follow up for closure- Follow the yearly NESR HSE Monitoring Plan- Order site move trucks and crew as soon as moving is confirmed through the Foreman- Report any HSE Event following the NESR reporting standards- Review all certifications for services companies' personnel and equipment prior to start any operation- Supervise the preparation of WAP, conduct PJSM (tool box talk), record JSA and fill up pre-job checklists prior to every job.- Implement Aramco safety standards on the following jobs: Hydraulic Fracturing (Stimulation), Slickline, Wireline / E-line, Coiled Tubing, Well Testing, Backside Pump & RTC Project.- Update all site files as per Aramco SMS on daily basis- Track and update safety courses for all site personnel and make sure everything is valid - Update the Training Matrix as per Aramco SAWCOD standards- Make sure all personnel working on location wearing full PPE- Perform daily, weekly & monthly inspections for safety equipment as per Aramco SAWCOD standards- Conduct Monthly HSE Awareness Campaigns- Discuss & record HSE Alerts / Safety Letters & Messages- Assist the H2S Technician in conducting weekly training on the use + donning of SCBA - Plan and observe ER drill to familiarize all personnel with the drill responsibilities- Check all equipment and make sure they are in good condition and have valid PM service/stickers- Update the Site Lifting Register as per Aramco LEM- Supervise crane, forklift operators + truck drivers for daily checks- Ensure that the critical lift plan is in place as needed by the operation

Onshore Drilling RigResponsibilities:- Implementing Hajjan Drilling Company’s & Aramco’s safety policies & procedures on site.- On a daily, weekly and monthly basis:1) Conducts emergency Drills2) Conducts safety Inspections3) Conducts safety Meetings4) Prepares Aramco and Hajjan Reports- Managing the training matrix and keeping it up to date as per Aramco standards (HSERM).- Monitoring the lifting equipment manual (LEM) matrix and keeping it up to date as per HSERM.- Preparing the rig for client Audits such as QSI, EPA, CEHA, GAP, RHSEI etc.- Closing the non-conformities raised by client Auditors.- Keeping and maintaining record of all documentation such as 3rd party inspections, equipment manufacturing certificates etc.- Leading and/or participating in incident investigation.- Complying with procedures and planning ahead to ensure a safe rig move.- Preparing site specific Emergency Response Plan for each well.- Conducting safety campaigns such as STOP Work Authority, Hands Free campaign etc.

Head OfficeResponsibilities:- Operates and owns complete knowledge of Schlumberger e-journey system.- Provides Schlumberger trainings to HTV and LTV drivers such as DriveSMARRT, Aramco Driving Rules JM L1 and Commentary Task Drive.- Maintains drivers' training matrix internally and on SLB system and ensuring all trainings are up to date.- Conducting monthly vehicle inspections as per SLB standards.- Analysing driver's monthly reports and highlighting trends; performance, behavior, violations, etc. and reporting them accordingly.- Reviewing resumes, taking interviews and driving tests of drivers along with the HR department as a HSE representative.
