Providing technical support to IRC Sierra Leone Saving Lives project staff and government district health leads on reproductive maternal newborn child and adolescent health. Engage in capacity building, analyzing annual data for decision making and support the government health leads in development of annual work plan and guide them through implementation. Support the IRC Sierra Leone health team in reporting and donor business development that involve proposal development and budgeting.

Nigeria

Provided overall leadership in program design, assessments, coordination, M&E and technical implementation of Sexual and Reproductive Health Programmes in IRC Nigeria. Managed team of 65 SRH program staffs across 3 states (Borno, Yobe and Adamawa) in North East Nigeria that benefited 63,500 beneficiaries. Currently managing grants like USAID/OFDA, ECHO HIP, NHF and GAC. Other grants supported are DFID in emergency response.

Coordinated the set up of MISP Reproductive Health (RH) Program In Borno State, Northeast Nigeria for IRC.
