Internship Experience at the Project Management Office, NUSTDuration: Two MonthsProject: CIPS 2 NUST H-12During my two-month internship with the Project Management Office at NUST, I had the privilege of working on-site at the CIPS 2 NUST building. My role involved comprehensive planning and conducting on-site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards throughout the construction process.I performed quantity surveys to determine accurate cost estimates and prepared Bills of Quantities (BOQs), which are essential for budget management and procurement. Additionally, I engaged in drafting and modelling, as well as performing structural analysis and design using ETABS software. This experience significantly enhanced my technical skills and understanding of project management in the context of structural engineering.

Additionally, I supported quantity surveys and cost estimation, helping to analyze project expenses and resource allocation effectively. This internship provided me with valuable insights into the practical applications of project management principles in a construction environment.
