Examined the feasibility of various integrated components through material testing and data analysis to improve its reliability. Periodically coached co-op students and junior designers on various projects.Innovation, Research, and Development:Having a strong background in electrical, electronics, programming, and mechanical systems; spearheaded a new version of SuperTrak and solved many advance technical issues that surfaced. Worked closely with the health & safety manager to obtain relative standards (ISO and IEC) and applied them to the project accordingly. Tested prototype PCBs with custom firmware, validating design, timing constraints, and safety functionality. Communicated weekly with the director of innovation for project updates, process improvements, and aligning resources to execute tasks efficiently and on time.
