Project Baselining, Scheduling, Monitoring & Controlling of Projects from Concept to Commissioning.Softwares: Primavera 6.8.2Currently looking after Etihad WE (FEWA) Substation Projects

*Prepare cost & resource loaded schedule of works including detailed Testing & Commissioning demonstrating fulfilment of all contract requirements, which include specific requirements regarding restraints & milestones and interrelation with all co-contractors.*Manage proactively the resource allocation by ensuring that appropriate resources and tools are assigned to the tasks according to the project plan.*Preparation of Progress ‘S ‘curves and manpower histograms.*Monitoring of work progress at site and provide constructive inputs to the project manager.*Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.*Update the schedule with actual executed information and submit in the form of periodic reports. Update the baseline schedule with actual and progress percentages.*Monitor the status of all identified risks, identify any new risks, take corrective actions and update the risk response plan.*Earned Value Management for cost analysis.*Tracking of drawings, materials, method statement – submissions/approvals, ordering and procurement of materials/ equipments. *Identifying factors leading to project extension & timely notification of the same to the consultants.*Preparing entitlement programme for extension of time (EOT) and acceleration of works.*Assisting the project manager in claims management, viz. identifying & preparing contractual related issues/ correspondence.*Preparation of daily, weekly & monthly progress reports in line with client requirements.
