MY JOB PROFILE:• Management: Managing the sales function, leading a team of Branch sales Managers while reporting to the National Head• Strategic Planning: Formulating and executing strategies, policies and sales processes for the development of key product performance, market identification and penetration thereby increasing market share.• Financial Discipline: Developing and implementing policies ensuring financial discipline and control.• Team Leader: Building, leading and motivating a team of Key Accounts Managers.• Brand Development/ Management: Developing brand awareness of company products (new and established) through effective sales and pre-sales activities• Profit Centre Management: Responsible for management of the total sales, ensuring achievement of sales and collection target, within budget and with maximized profits
