Supervision and oversight of passenger and aircraft handling operations on a shift basis, including supervisory, operational and administrative functions outsourced to third party service providers, ensuring all such functions are conducted in compliance with company, regulatory and local authority requirements, with an emphasis on safety, security and quality, and ensuring adherence to all checklists, brand requirements, policy and procedures.Promotion, delivery, monitoring and reporting on performance against ancillary and customer service targets, on time performance, KPIs and SPIs.Effective management of safety and security outcomes through hazard identification, safety and compliance monitoring and reporting, including effective evaluation and decision-making based on conditions, hazards and threats, and escalation of applicable risks to appropriate management or executive level personnel.Planning and on-shift coordination with internal and external stakeholders at the airport, airline and handling partners, service providers and local authorities - ensuring briefings, updates and feedback to applicable supervisory and operational personnel.Coordination and oversight of flight editing and special guest requirements, including but not limited to assessment, planning and handling of VIP/MAAS, PRM & special category guests.Effective liaison with Guest Control, Business Solutions, Network Control & SOC to manage operational disruption, emergency response, recovery, reduction of impact to guest service and operational integrity.Identification and reporting of safety and security-related occurrences and hazards in accordance with company procedures and local regulations.

Sr. Executive customer services (2016-Till Date)Load and Trim Qualified For A320, A321 & ATR.Safety Marshal for The Station. Primary Responsibility:Reservation and ticketingMaintaining high quality of check-in procedures. Assist customers with special requests.Arrivals.Post Flight Depature.Team Leadership and Management.Auditing.Load and Trim: Ensure weight and balances limitations of the aircraft are within the prescribed limits .Ensure total load is kept within the maximum allowable computed load for the flight.Prepare Manual load and Trim sheet.Incorporate last minute changes (LMC) on load and trim sheet, if any.Compute MAC% for takeoff and corresponding stiblizer Trim Setting.During flight ensure everyone is smooth safe and flight is ontime.Fill the ramp filling.Safety Marshal:Cordinate with all stations to maintain safety awearness- issue safety fliers etc.Performing station audits as per the guidelines.Prepare audit reports and follow up on the clouser of audit observation /findings with the station.Compilation of various MIS reports related to ramp pratices and incidents.To assist in implementing SMS ( Safety management system) across the network.To assist in internal safety audits carried out by safety or external agencies
