Coordinates room status updates with the housekeeping department by notification housekeeping of all check outs, late checkouts, early chek-ins, special requests, and day use rooms.Follows procedures for issuing and closing safe deposit boxes used by guests.Uses proper telephone etiquette.Maintains the cleanliness and neatness of the front desk area.

Operate telephone switchboard station in order to answer telephone calls.Process wake-up calls for guest and its set up in the system.Greet & Provide all relevant information to the guests.Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager. Follow all company policies and procedures.Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards.Log all guest requests or issues into computer, contact appropriate individual or department and follow up with guest to ensure their request has been met to their satisfaction.Provide information to guests about room features, property amenities, and local areas of interest.Responsible for making TOP TEN COMPLAINTS of AYS at the end of the Month.Trained New Joiners in AYS according to the company standards
