I am a business consultant. I am pursuing a Master's in Marketing (2023) at the Schulich School of Business. I have over seven years of experience in Customer Service, Marketing, Sales, Consultancy, and as a Product Trainer in a few of the different industries.I have had the opportunity to write and design client training manuals (for Galileo CRS – ‘Computer Reservation System’) and update various promotional material such as digital presentations and advertisements. I have experience working on several content marketing and digital marketing tasks including market research, content strategizing, SEO, social media marketing, and the application of other lead generation strategies. I also had the privilege to train more than 1536 clients in two years in TravelPort by Galileo Bangladesh which led me to become a consultant and to serve my clients as a Proctor Gallagher Consultant. I am also experienced in helping entrepreneurs to grow their business by changing their paradigm as a Proctor Gallagher Consultant and as a NLP (Neuro - linguistic programming) practitioner. Additionally, my experience and learning from Schulich School of Business will be an extensive resource to help and resolve marketing issues for entrepreneurs as well as sales teams to grow business to the next level. I enjoy creativity, resourcefulness, and problem-solving. I appreciate authentic interactive skills essential in multidisciplinary teams. Outside of work, I love performing poem recitation, music, and stage drama. And writing blogs in news portals is my passion. Besides, I like traveling and hanging out with friends and families.
