Having a passion for Management and Corporate Sector, I am currently pursuing Graduate Certificate Program in Global Business Management at Humber College. A Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering helped me become innovative and self-disciplined. I am a highly self-motivated individual who can adapt and work in a fast pace environment and can deliver results under pressure as well as deliver results without compromising quality standards. Previously, I worked as a Training Manager/Supervisor where I got an opportunity to work in the academic sector as well as office administrative sector in a private polytechnic institute in Bangladesh. I have experience in organizing and conducting training, evaluating and monitoring work performances, solving problems and client relationships. This experience inspires me in the marketing, sales, and corporate sector. With the progress in digitalization, I also had opportunities to organize and conduct training, team meeting via Zoom, Microsoft Teams and currently using Blackboard for online studies. During my studies, I have developed myself in excellent Interpersonal skills, communications, Business and Operations Management, International Business and trade development, Microsoft Office and Suite, Research and analysis, Presentation skill, Marketing, and Organisation skills. Approaching everything systematically, and adapting quickly to new situations are my strong point.I believe in learning by doing and seeking internships or entry-level positions in Management Trainee, Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain.
