Conduct staffs APAs, support for capacities building as and when required, team building & management.• Providing administrative, logistic and financial support for program implementation; oversight and ensure the proper utilization of the project agreed budget, reviewing, management and authorized financial statement, related documents and ensure value for money. Support external, internal auditor and visitors.• Ensure facilitation of effective participatory M&E process in the field through filed staffs; reporting systems, established a standard participants’ database system within the project. • Capacity Building for staffs–on social analysis tools, HRBA & Reflection Action facilitation methodologies, CRSA, unpaid care work, women’s rights and VAW, business/IGAs plan development etc for sustainable improvement• Advocacy, networking, and maintaining functional coordination with different stakeholders, donors, private sectors etc

Develop monthly/quarter/annual/others need base reports, documents and submit to the donors timely manner.
