As a Quality Engineer at Accurate Metrology and Automation company, I ensure the quality and efficiency of the production process, from setting up and inspecting the machines to preparing and maintaining the quality documents. I also train and mentor the operators to improve their skill levels and performance, using tools such as the skill radar matrix and the daily change management.I have a B.Tech. degree in Mechanical Engineering from Landmark Technical Campus (Aktu), where I learned and applied various technical skills, such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, C, C++, Linux, and Web Technologies. I designed and developed several tools and applications using these skills, such as AutoDesk-360, Adobe Photoshop, and Corel Draw. I am passionate about learning new things and solving real-world problems with innovative solutions.
