To perform and determine production capacity to meet production targets and market demand.2. Coordinate with production teams to ensure cost effectiveness, high quality & timely delivery of products to customers.3. Recommend process improvements measures to enhance production quality & capacity.4. To maintain / sustain the customer services / delivery compliance.5. Recommend changes in work cycle ,operations & equipment to maximize production efficiency.6. Ensure the final products meet quality standards and customer specifications.7. Responsible for accurate R & D and samples for New Developments.8. Good grip on SAP usage, coordination & implementation for smooth executions.9. To plan and execute efficiently daily & monthly production commitments.10. Develop strong liaison with Sales & Marketing, Accounts, Procurement and Production Department's staffs to develop desired sales fore-casts.11. Work with Procurement and Store personals to make sure the on-time availability of raw material as per sales projection.12. Also Plan for arrangement of raw materials required for production, Vehicles availability as per Dispatch Plan if not available take immediate steps to make sure the availability.13.
