Current● Currently serving as lead trainer for a new team member, onboarding them to department processes. Department growth required a structured onboarding process to ensure new hires were quickly effective and integrated into the team. Successfully created an onboarding process to eventually bring overall workflow consistency within the team.● Perform daily tasks, develop designs, and produce detailed shop drawings for production.● Take on highly custom and complex orders, including designs that are new and innovative for the company. Develop practical solutions to make these unique concepts ready for production.● Playing a key role in improving department quality standards and workflows, including optimizing design structures and productivity for more efficient project delivery.● Spearheaded the adoption of DriveWorks, training the team on its usage and creating automated drawings to streamline drawing production, improving consistency and quality across projects.● Developed and coded a majority of the department's drawings in DriveWorks, addressing quality issues and significantly reducing manual effort.● Provide design suggestions for complex orders, balancing innovation with manufacturability to meet client specifications.
