In 5 years, the team grew from 12 to 40 engineers & analysts. Made every effort to hire the best candidates, at the same time partnered with HR-Employee Relations to address the performance issues of the existing team members.  Spent countless hours mentoring, coaching, and counseling team members to help provide the best service to the internal and external customers.  Did not shy away from making the tough decisions around off-boarding employees whose performance was not up to the mark.
