There were close to 400,000 vulnerabilities identified. Led License Management effort in collaboration with Asset Management Group to prepare for various audits. Partnered with Problem Management Group to resolve recurring issues for ~300 Applications supported by Middleware. Engaged Organizational Change Management team to conduct surveys and created short-term and long-term improvement plans based on team’s input.  Collaborated with the Estimation team to address the gaps between Middleware’s capacity and the work demand, which helped in supporting the need for new billets. In 5 years, the team grew from 12 to 40 engineers & analysts. Made every effort to hire the best candidates, at the same time partnered with HR-Employee Relations to address the performance issues of the existing team members.  Spent countless hours mentoring, coaching, and counseling team members to help provide the best service to the internal and external customers.  Did not shy away from making the tough decisions around off-boarding employees whose performance was not up to the mark.

As a Solutions Architect for the Project and Portfolio Management (PPM) solution, led the presales activities with the new as well as existing clients. Gave PPM demos to perspective clients and drafted Statements of Work (SOW) for new initiatives. Collaborated with the senior executives of multiple fortune 100 companies in defining Project management methodologies and Portfolio lifecycles. Led implementation of Portfolio, Financial, Demand, Resource, Deployment, Time, and Project management modules. Integrated PPM with Quality Center (QC), Service Manager (SM), Universal Configuration Management Database (UCMDB), Change Control Management, and Release Management.
