Through the integration with the NJ State Treasury Department, SIROMS has sent out more than 50k checks to Homeowners – processing more than $2.1B. As the Infrastructure, Business Intelligence and Data Warehouse Manager, on the SIROMS (Sandy Integrated Recovery Operations Management System) program, responsible for managing cloud infrastructure, develop and manage data repository for the Super storm Sandye recovery program for the State of New Jersey. SAP Business Objects 4.0, SAP Data Integrator and various other ETL tools are used to assemble, normalize, and load the data from various program sources as well as the primary BPM system(s). Lead a team of technical staff to define various Business Objects Universes to encapsulate program business rules, associate data from multiple systems to report progress, compliance and public transparency.

Oversees the daily distribution and monitoring of worldwide Army pre-positioned stock data for Army Sustainment Command (ASC) in support of AWRDS (Army War Reserve Deployment System) and ABS (Automated Battlebook System). Provides accurate and high-quality data in order to increase the visibility of Army prepositioned stocks in consort with Army requirements. Ensures continuous replication of each AWRDS server at worldwide sites and troubleshoot any replication problems. Performs daily audits between all the worldwide databases to correct any data discrepancies. Determines any data integrity issues between remote databases and rebuild databases if required. Implements government mandated database upgrades to all worldwide sites. Manages a team of 53 technical staff in dealing with day-to-day operations of AWRDS program worldwide.

Administered and maintained AWRDS (Army War Reserve Deployment System) database for Army Central Command's APS-5 project (Qatar). Wrote complex SQL queries for AMC commander and other officials dealing with Army war readiness program. Ran the day-to-day operations of the AWRDS database based on Army regulations. Analyzed and stratified materials for the Army pre-positioned units. Coordinated and implemented database and software upgrades for the Army installation. Manage and maintain accurate records of 30,000 lines of items valued at over 200 million dollars. Ran data validation queries to check accuracy between AWRDS and SDS (Standard Depot System) databases. Possessed a good understanding of the Army Material Command Inventory Supply System (AMCISS, retail supply). Reviewed, analyzed, and evaluated current and proposed logistical support systems, supply and warehouse procedures, and overall organizational structures, ensuring that current systems and procedures are within DOD guidelines.

Provided direct support to the Managed Network Service (MNS) implementation teams tracking work progression on sites countrywide for the US Postal Service. Assisted in the design and implementation of new Access database program and procedures to streamline the MNS project to ensure optimum performance. Was responsible for providing management with daily and monthly status reports regarding postal facilities network installation conditions.
