• Increasing local sales volume through implementing professional sales management practices. • Looking after Structural steel sales all over UAE. Successfully negotiating project contracts with major Steel consumers, engineering and construction companies.• Approving the products as per project requirements from major Companies e.g. Mabani steel, Descon Engg, Arabian Intl Company, Fabtech, Automech, ArabTech, ETA Ascon and Gulf Steel Industries etc.• Increasing market coverage by extensive sales practices and continual interaction with the customers and suppliers satisfying their needs. • Identifying new market sectors and products. Captured several important new customers• Increased sales, at better margins, in local market. • Prepare daily sales reports and present to the management. Perform sales activities and generate new client for the product sales. Follow up with existing customers and keep them updated on product information. • Ensure that customer problems and complaints are handled professionally, effectively, maintained at a minimum level and resolved up to the highest level of customer satisfaction. • Manage duties related to supervision of monthly inventory, stock checking

• Madar Is one of the biggest stockist and wholesale dealer of building materials.• Responsible for Selling & marketing of structural steel products like flat & long (PLATES, UB, UC, HEA, HEB, IPE, IPE-AA, H-beam, I-beam, U Channel, PFC, UPN, products, Hot Rolled, Cold Rolled, Galvanized and many more, to the local customers and overseas customers. • Mainly the customers are fabricators, Contractors, constructions, Oil & gas and traders

Knowing our delegations is important within our department. An example would be refunding of fees and approving moratorium of payments. These need to be approved by the Team Leader • Ensure compliance with Bank policy and legislation. • Effectively managing arrears and implementing legal processes in a timely and appropriate manner • Negotiating repayment arrangements in terms of delegations whilst ensuring high levels of customer service• Advise customer or guarantor of consequences for failure to make or brake an arrangement and consider realizations action • Issuing correspondence, including Letters of Demand and notices required for legal processes within delegation and as approved by Team Leader
