As a Strategic Human Resource Business Partner at World Food Programme (WFP), I work with senior managers and staff to align HR strategies and policies with organizational goals and values. I support the delivery of humanitarian assistance and development projects in challenging and complex contexts, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and effectiveness of HR processes and systems.I have over seven years of experience in HR and administrative roles in the humanitarian sector, working with Save the Children International and Danish Refugee Council. I have developed and implemented HR and admin policies, procedures, and best practices, while managing staff recruitment, performance, and development. I have also contributed to the coordination and monitoring of project activities, budgets, and resources, applying the Prince2 project management methodology that I acquired through a certification in 2020. I am passionate about humanitarian work and committed to continuous learning and improvement.
