Sheila Chu here...I am a Project Manager, a Product Owner, and a Mentor with an engineering degree. I have been leading the full integration of new acquisitions and amalgamations in North America into our company's infrastructure and application systems since 2018. I successfully integrated 60+ plants, with a wide range of business requirements. In 2021, I was heavily engaged in the management and integration of a major global acquisition worth $3.4B USD. In 2022, I focused on our company's rebranding strategy.I manage 4-5 projects simultaneously on the average, with varying degree of complexity, implementing infrastructure, enterprise, and stand-alone application systems. These projects are managed virtually and on-site, with up to 55 resources and stakeholders globally per project, using Waterfall and Agile methodologies. I worked as a Buyer for building materials, fuel, services, and IT products, before shifting to IT and Project Management.
