As the Executive Director of HANAN Refugees Relief Group, I have over six years of experience in leading and managing programs that support the resettlement, integration, and empowerment of refugees and immigrants in the US and abroad. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from East Carolina University and two certificates in nonprofit essentials and board member essentials from NonprofitReady.My core competencies include strategic planning, fundraising, partnership development, advocacy, and staff supervision. I am passionate about advancing the human rights and dignity of displaced and marginalized populations, especially women and children. I have successfully assisted in the implementation of education, health, and livelihood initiatives. I have also cultivated strong relationships with donors, stakeholders, and community partners, securing multiple grants and contracts to sustain and expand HANAN's mission and impact.
