I am interested in the participation/engagement of staff, service users and the wider community. This interest extends to how policy, practice and services are developed and influenced by those receiving or are impacted by the wider organisation I work for.I also have a wealth of experience working alongside community groups, supporting them to apply for funding and generally meet their aims and objectives.I have adult teaching and assessment qualifications which are valuable when presenting information and supporting individuals at all levels.I am also interested in business continuity and emergency planning at both an organisation and city level.
