(12 months)• Senior Project Executive, Workload Migration Program, Shared Service Canada: Established a financial reporting framework for the billion-dollar program, providing senior executives with clear visibility of project and program costs and commitments for the first time, enabling improved decision-making. Provided ongoing financial oversight of the program. Matured program-level governance and control processes, establishing cross-functional decision-making committees and mechanisms that provided stakeholders with a voice in critical decisions, and promoted the value of the program. Planned a $90M project with stakeholders from multiple government departments, achieving consensus on business requirements and key dependencies. Acted as advisor to the senior director and PMO manager. (30 months)• Project Executive, Passport Program Modernization Initiative, IRCC: Re-planned and progressed the IT sub-project. Established structure and artifacts of the Agile methodology, improving delivery and communication. (5 months)• Senior Project Manager, Infrastructure Project Management, Shared Services Canada (SSC): Recovered and managed 2 complex projects required by a major government department, both precursors to new service offerings by SSC. (18 months)• Senior Project Manager, Government of Canada Pension Modernization Project, Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC): Project manager from design to implementation of a complex business transformation and solution integration initiative. Included design and vendor oversight, data cleanup and conversion, test management, multi-departmental executive reporting, Resulted in successful implementation of required functionality, on time, on budget. Volunteer position donating my expertise and time for conservation of nature. Established a 5-year strategic plan, modified the governance structure and provided mentorship and training to Board members and Executive Director to evolve from an operating board to governing board.

Organized several independent business analysts into a cohesive team. Streamlined weekly performance reporting to executives. Achieved objectives of the project phase and commenced planning for the subsequent phase.

Designed and implemented a project management methodology for a division of Nortel, and provided guidance and oversight to project managers. Based on the success of this, designed and implemented an end-to-end methodology for software releases and provided quality oversight of the processes.
