Current● One-to-one support for SEN pupils to facilitate learning with positive outcomes● Scaffolding and differentiating lesson content to enable pupils to access curriculum. ● Prepare, design and deliver interventions in speech and language to provide measurable improvement to knowledge, skills and learning● Responsible for a team of LSAs to ensure provision of support, monitoring and reviewing of student’s progress.● Working with external professionals in facilitating strategies recommended to targets set in the Education Health Care Plan (EHCP)● Organising dyslexia/speech/language screening tests● Support SENCo(s) to facilitate EHCPs providing pupils with positive outcomes.
