I began my real estate career in 1977 working in the residential market. I served as Relocation Director for a local real estate franchise. In 1989 I accepted a position with Griffin Dain Real Estate in Downtown Minneapolis managing the leasing division representing TCF Banks. My next focus was the franchise business site selection area. Taco Bell Corporate Real Estate in Eden Prairie retained my services where I developed an in-depth understanding of the corporate franchise field of site selections. Since 1999 I have focused on land and industrial development, retail & office sales, leasing, and business brokerage. I also purchased and operated a local retail establishment for four years. I have served in my community in various positions as Executive Director of the Central MN Area March of Dimes, Chairperson of the Mother's March & the first local Bid for Bachelor's event. I volunteered on various other March of Dimes committees as well. I served as Co-Chair of the Telemarketing Division of the local United Way campaign. I routinely volunteered as the fundraising account manager for the United Way and St. Cloud State University Alumni Association. I currently serve on the Board of Directors for the MN Commercial Association of Realtors, I am Chair of the St. Cloud Planning Commission, Neenah Creek Regional Park Committee, Gateway Design Standards Committee for Land Development Code, Neighborhood Best Practices Committee, and the Area Planning Organization.Specialties: Land and industrial development and site selection, retail & office sales, leasing, and business brokerage.
