Much of my career has been focused in the non-profit and education sectors in the field of Advancement.  For the past twelve years, I have held the position of Advancement Director at St. John Regional Catholic School. Currently, I am the Executive Director for the Education Foundation of WCPS. Specializing in building relationships, my ability to engage and motivate a diverse group of alumni, volunteers, co-workers, parents, students, and the wider business community has made me an expert in my field.  Within any organization, I understand excellence is only achieved through meaningful involvement of people in your mission. In my current position I am responsible for all Advancement duties including; annual fund, capital campaigns, major gifts, endowment funds, alumni events, donor receptions, an annual gala, grants, public relation events, and school wide marketing.  Personally responsible for raising over 6 million dollars for the school over the past 11 years, I am always surpassing my goals. Marketing has always been second nature to me. I have experience with combinations of media buys including; social media strategies, website content, press releases, print advertising, direct mail, community events, and public relations. Creativity and performance based marketing campaigns are included in my skill set. As a strategic planner, innovator, and multitasker in a highly demanding position, I have achieved great things in my current roll, and look forward to achieving many more accomplishments throughout my career.
