• Handle the day-to-day accounting and accounting related administration for mortgage funds• Maintenance of general ledger through journal entries by basis (STAT, GAAP, IFRS) • Manage close process, related analysis and reporting for market value whole loan mortgage funds • Reconciliation of all cash and suspense accounts• Prepare monthly remittance reporting/wire transfers for individual fund investors• Maintain electric and hard copy client files on a daily basis• Reconciliation between source systems and general ledger including the ability to identify and isolate out-of balance conditions and recommend solutions• Prepare client related correspondence including audit confirmations and investor requests• Perform analytics and validation of investor data• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial statements and returns• Prepare monthly, quarterly, annual fund level and client specific reports• Interact with external auditors providing requested information as needed• Complete ad-hoc financial reporting requests/special projects, as required• Excellent written and oral communication skills for internal and external interactions

Prepare commercial and commercial real estate loan documentation and perform all post closing. Loan maintenance including loan warehouses, leases, renewals, modifications, journal entries, loan draws, payoffs, repayment terms, wires, transfers, billing, ACH/EFT.Compliance to regulatory agencies and laws of the state.Provide superior client service.
