Under the leadership of the executive director, supervised all staff working in outreach, case management and counseling for at- risk inner-city minority youth. Oversaw program safety and prepared personal scheduling. Worked closely with executive director and board of directors to establish goals and benchmarks for agency. Supervised and submitted monthly reports to outside agencies. Worked with teams to submit grant proposals to outside sources for funding. Attended and collaborated in meetings with other local human service agencies while strategizing to identify best practices for at-risk youth residing in inner-city communities. Interacted and maintained partnerships with other social agencies such as, Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS), Department of Youth Services (DYS), Probation officers and local Boston public school guidance counselors. Oversaw instructors who taught peer leadership trainings, mentorship program and after school tutoring program.

Managed caseload of individuals adjudicated by the courts to need guardianship and/or conservatorship services. Also provided direct and indirect contact with clients. Performed ongoing needs assessments, managed service plans, oversaw and approved all coordinated services, plus attended yearly and as needed meetings pertaining to clients. Worked with families and service agencies like, Department of Developmental Services (DDS formally DMR) to ensure appropriate services are in place and to ensure continuum of care while, giving interface with attorneys and court system. Offered clients various degrees of oversight of the following: Personal affairs, medical affairs, financial affairs, and legal affairs and overall well being.
