Undeniably, the healthcare industry is in the midst of a digital revolution. The sector is constantly in flux, and traditional business and delivery models are being upended. In my current role with Weil Cornell Medicine, I manage 5 surgical and administrative divisions, a staff of 55, and a budget of $170M. In this highly visible position, I develop revenue and cost projections and scale improvements throughout the entire department of surgery. Additionally, I ensure compliance with practice and billing guidelines and oversee all professional credentialing.
