I am responsible for all aspects of Human Resource functions. I have excellent leadership and management skills. I am able to adapt to changing priorities and maintain a positive attitude with a strong work ethic. - Responsible for HR support for 4 divisions across Alberta. - Coordination of the recruitment process, job postings, screening, interviewing, processing background checks and offers of employment. - Coordination and planning assistance of team development.- Advising management and staff with regards to labor related issues. - Advising managers with regards to performance related issues. - Benefits and disability management including; selection of broker and benefit provider, administration of the health and benefit plan and disability claims, providing benefit guidance and evaluating the plan annually. - Preparation and facilitation of on boarding and orientation. - Creation, updating and implementation of policies and procedures. - Creation and implementation of succession planning practices. - Working with Managing business partners to create positive environment - Provide leadership and direction to management and staff with regards to labor related issued, performance issues, training and career development- On boarding of new employees

- Coordination of projects, preparation of project income statements, forecasts and recommendations as well as providing advices and early warnings of possible project issues such as cost overruns. - Responsible to organizing and coordination of office operations and efficiency. - Processing payroll for up to 200 employees within three divisions including a US division- Benefits and Disability Management- Onboarding of new employees, interview support, leadership development for supervisors, recruitment support.- Development and implementation of policies and procedures.
