I began working in the insurance industry in 2001 as receptionist, license coordinator and front desk administrator. I obtained SC insurance agent's license in 2006 to begin working as a customer service representative along with receptionist and licensing coordinator duties. In 2008 I obtained my CISR designation (Certified Insurance Service Representative). In 2009 I moved into a position to be a full time customer service representative. Providing sales, service and support to a large client file. In September of 2016 I achieved my CISR Elite designation.In 2020 I started working in personal lines until July, 2022.Currently I am employed with Bradley Insurance Group continuing to service and sell property and casualty insurance for our personal lines as well as commercial book of business.
