Sheila Mullen's career began at Simon Property Group in Indianapolis, Indiana, working for the General Counsel in Real Estate Development. Upon relocation to Florida in 1997, she gained employment with Greenspoon Marder Law, where she served as Real Estate Paralegal as well as Owner’s Representative for several commercial and residential projects. Her primary responsibilities included, but were not limited to, project development and management, financing, rezoning, leasing, tenant buildout, new construction and ongoing property management. She was involved in additional projects involving team building and overseeing charity events, fundraising, community service projects and non-profit organizational events as well. Sheila was later promoted to Director of Community Relations for Greenspoon Marder Law, and Executive Director of Greenspoon Marder Foundation. Her ability to streamline event logistics, including coordination of live entertainment, vendors, and volunteers, has enabled her to produce highly successful fundraisers for several top charitable organizations. Sheila produces a high volume of work while maintaining the highest standards for quality and integrity. Upon relocating to Melbourne, Florida in 2015, Sheila joined Health First, Inc. and is currently serving as the System Director of Strategic Sourcing and Procurement. Her role includes directing all Supply Chain sourcing operations, including management of the end to end activities for supply and purchased services contracting. She is accountable for achieving annual cost reduction goals, while ensuring that sourcing practices comply with applicable Federal, State and Local Regulatory Agencies.
